The Challenge
Owned and managed core HRIS system functions including process configurations and organizational architecture (cost centers supervisory structures and related hierarchies) ensuringaccurateand uptodate system setup across the business.
Generated recurring and adhoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making compliance audits and workforce planning.
Maintained updated and troubleshot HRIS systems improving data accuracy integrity and security through regular audits and issue resolution.
Supported system releases enhancements and testing cycles ensuring smooth deployment and successful integration with payroll finance and other business systems.
Provided technical support and delivered training to HR staff and employees increasing system adoption and reducing support requests.
Ensured HR data compliance with legal requirements internal policies and security standards through consistent monitoring and documentation.
Lead and supported HRIS projects including process improvements automation initiatives and system integrations to enhance HR operational efficiency.
What are we looking for
Someone withbachelors degree inHumanResources Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
2 years experience in functional system ownership Workday is preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS systems particularly Workday HR processes (benefitsrecruitmentpayroll workforce management) is preferred
Knowledge of data analysis tools and ability to interpret dataidentifytrends andprovideactionable insights.
Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to train staff and collaborate with multiple departments.
Proactive and eye for detail.
Quick learner and can work independently.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): HRIS (Workday) certifications.
