DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Senior Manager Supply Chain Technology; this Hybrid positionwill be in Raynham MA (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations may be considered at Raritan NJ (USA) West Chester PA (USA) Warsaw IN (USA) Palm Beach Gardens FL (USA).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview:

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for supply chain technology solutions supporting delivery transportation andlogisticsoperations across DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager ensures that technology platforms enable reliable product flowontimedelivery cost efficiency and scalability across a global supply network. This position plays a critical role in modernizinglogisticscapabilities strengthening system integration and supporting business growth throughdatadriven resilient supply chain solutionsand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy delivery and lifecycle management of supply chain technology solutions supportingdeliver transportation andlogisticsoperations.

• Partner with Supply Chain Logistics Transportation and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology roadmaps.

• Oversee system enhancements integrations and upgrades to improve transportation visibility execution and performance.

• Lead the application of AI advanced analytics and automation to modernize supply chain platforms improving demand forecasting planning accuracy andendtoenddecision-making while driving efficient and resilient supply chain operations at scale.

• Ensure technology solutions support service cost compliance and risk managementobjectivesacross global operations.

• Lead and develop a team of supply chain technology professionals fostering accountability capability growth and continuous improvement.

• Manage external vendors and system integrators including performance oversight budget management and contract governance.

• Drive standardization and optimization oflogisticsand transportation processes enabled by technology.

• Monitor system performance and operational metrics proactivelyidentifyingrisks andimprovementopportunities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferably in Information Systems Supply Chain Engineering ora relatedfield.

• Masters degree (MBA or related) preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• 810 years of experience in supply chain technologylogisticssystems or enterprise applications including leadership responsibility.

• Demonstrated experience supporting transportation delivery orlogisticsprocesses within complex global supply chains.

• Provenpeoplemanagementexperience including coaching performance management and team development.

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations system integrations and data governance.

• Experience managing vendors budgets andmultiyeartechnology initiatives.

Preferred:

• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)logisticsplatforms orERPenabledsupply chain solutions.

• Experience leading digital transformation orlargescalesystem implementations.

• Familiarity with globallogistics trade compliance and regional transportation requirements.

• Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong communicationandstakeholderinfluencingskills.

Other:

• Language: English.

• Travel: Up to 1020% domestic and limited international.

• Certifications: Supply chainlogistics or project management certifications (e.g. PMP APICS/ASCM) preferred.
