Compensation Range: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Install repair and maintain plumbing systems (water gas and drains)
• Handle residential and commercial projects including remodels and new construction
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks clogs and fixture problems
• Deliver clear communication and great customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
• UseServiceTitan CRM to log work and communicate with the team
• Work closely with project leads and senior plumbers
• Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes

What You Bring:

• 2 years of plumbing experience (apprentice-level experience is welcome)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics and use standard plumbing tools
• A professional reliable and customer-focused approach
• Comfortablelifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or on ladders
• Tech-savvy enough to use apps for job tracking
• C-36 License is a plus but not

• Based in San Jose CA with dispatch from our local office
