Were working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversees a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
  • Uses computer system for tracking logging verifying and reporting.
  • Follows shipping practices and procedures and transportation routing schedules and requirements.
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
  • (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products raw stock assemblies parts building materials office supplies equipment etc.
  • Verifies quantity weight and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system processes freight bills packing sheets and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
  • Management Skills: Management of Financial and Material Resources Critical Thinking Project Management Management of Personnel Resources Collaboration and Productivity Software Effective Communication Skills.
  • Functional Skills: Systems Thinking Scientific Computing Quality Management Technology Awareness.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling prioritizing coaching and process execution.
  • Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Requires 1 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supervising hourly or frontline teams
  • Experience in highvolume distribution or fulfillment environments
  • Handson experience with WMS and RF scanning tools
  • Exposure to inventory control cycle counts or quality audits
  • Experience supporting safety programs or compliance initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to resolve floorlevel issues

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$64000.00 - $96000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
