As a Security Officer Armed Motorized Patrol Driver in Renton WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and/or emergency response actions within a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including armed post duties completed in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings restricted areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or authorizations and document security-related incidents observations and daily activities in required reports.
• Support emergency protocols communicate with site leadership and/or local responders as needed and help to deter unauthorized access policy violations and/or disruptions to operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
