Audio Visual Technician (2 Years Experience)

For 28 years Audio Video Connections has been creating high-end audio video automation and network systems across Northeast Oklahoma. We take pride in building clean professional installs and working as a tight-knit team on projects that range from luxury homes to advanced commercial systems.

Were looking for an experienced AV technician who can handle installs independently and is ready to grow into (or already perform in) a lead role.

$50000 - $70000 (based on experience)

What Youll Do

Mounting TVs and installing home theater systems
Hooking up and configuring audio/video equipment
Installing and troubleshooting network equipment
Installing and programming surveillance/security systems
Setting up and programming lighting control systems
Installing HVAC control and motorized shades

What Were Looking For

2 years of AV / low voltage / smart home installation experience
Familiarity with residential AV systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
Comfortable working in attics heat/cold and job sites

Bonus Skills

Crestron Control4 RTI & Network Certifications.
Electrical & IT knowledge.

Requirements

Valid Drivers License
No DUI / DWI
No Felony Charges
Pass background check
Be able to lift heavy items (60 lbs)

The Work

Most days involve installing AV automation and network systems in homes and businesses around the Tulsa area. This is hands-on work ladders attics and job sites are part of the job.

Location

Based in North Bixby (moving to Jenks soon)
