Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Vimercate as Commercial Excellence Trainee.
How youll make an impact:
- Collaborate coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement digital solutions for sales teams etc.
- Process and analyze data with critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth develop dashboards.
- Provide general support to other projects across the division including data collection and processing presentations development reporting etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in business administration engineering or similar.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Power BI.
- Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
- Strong digital analytical and problem-solving skill.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
- Available for a full-time Apprentice
