Job Description:

The Academic Standards Integrity and Accountability Administrator provides leadership and oversight for the development implementation and continuous improvement of academic policies and standards across the institution. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements accreditation standards and institutional priorities while fostering a culture of academic integrity and accountability.

The incumbent serves as a key resource for faculty staff and senior leadership offering expert guidance on policy interpretation academic integrity case management and academic audit and accreditation processes. They leverage data analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

In addition the Administrator is responsible for coordinating institutional and program-level accreditation activities ensuring readiness for external reviews and maintaining alignment with best practices in higher education. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external accrediting bodies the role supports the Colleges commitment to academic excellence transparency and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accreditation and Audit Management: Coordinate institutional and program-level accreditation and audit processes to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies

  • Academic Integrity Leadership: Establish and track performance metrics related to academic integrity

  • Policy Oversight and Compliance: Develop review and maintain SVPA academic policies to ensure alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements

  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze academic quality institutional data to identify trends and inform policy decisions

  • Website Templates and Digital Resource Management: Maintain and update the Academic Integrity website and online resources

  • Performs other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) year bachelors degree in Business Education Data Analytics Information Systems or related field.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the following:

  • In a post-secondary educational institution and preferably within a large unionized environment

  • Data analytics case management systems or related roles preferably in a post-secondary environment.

  • In policy development accreditations or audits.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of web content management systems and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
