Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Processes all in-coming and out-going mail for the New York office;responsible for regulation of postage meters; supervises United Parcel Services.

- Responsible for monitoring departmental stock and supplies; maintains ledger for all departmental supplies ordered and received; maintains inventory log ofdepartmental supplies.
- Interacts with paper product and supplies vendors maintaining records of
- order status and impending calls.
- Responsible for daily setup of conference rooms for meetings and special events which includes breaking down and setting up of boardroom tables.
- Responsible for daily replenishing of supplies for the kitchen and pantry areas.
- Oversees and assists in installation and repairs of shelving units bookcasescabinets etc.
- Oversees the lighting maintenance for the entire office.
- Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Demonstrated ability to respond promptly thoughtfully and effectively tochanging work environments changing priorities and new situations.
- Able to deliver excellent customer service to external and internal operations.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with peers management and otherdepartments in a professional manner.
- Must be computer proficient (MS Office Suite UPS-online FedEx online).
- Excellent organizational skills in order to efficiently expedite multi-facetedwork load with high degree of accuracy.
- Extensive trouble-shooting and problem solving experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be ableto cultivate respectful strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally.
- Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG AFTRA members.
- Hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance andintegrity.
- Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor.
- Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructivefeedback from others is encouraged.
- Proven proficiency with a highly detail-oriented workload regarding accountreconciliation.
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds is required.
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as isdetermined at SAG-AFTRAs sole discretion.
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours (and/or overtime forapplicable non- exempt positions) per day or per week including weekendsand holidays as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its businessneeds.
- Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with suchfrequency as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma and 1 to 2 years prior applicable experience or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
