To manage all financial activities of the company ensuring sound financial planning project-based cost control accounting accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting operational decisions managing risk and enhancing the company s financial performance across MEP and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
Work closely with project managers to analyse cost-to-complete and project profitability.
Maintain general ledger and oversee AR AP payroll and fixed assets.
Manage and optimize financial modules in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle MS Dynamics).
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Provide financial input for project bids tender pricing and feasibility studies.
Support management with financial models and investment analysis.
Requirements
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role with 3 years in MEP or engineering/construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project accounting cost control and tax compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines under pressure.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
