Job Summary
The Beauty Specialist is responsible for delivering expert advice personalized beauty consultations and exceptional service to clients. This role focuses on skincare cosmetics and fragrance ensuring a luxury customer experience while meeting sales targets and maintaining strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored beauty consultations and recommend appropriate products to meet client needs.

Demonstrate application techniques for skincare makeup and fragrance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Stay current with new product launches beauty trends and brand promotions.

Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing display area.

Assist with stock replenishment inventory checks and product merchandising.

Drive sales through effective communication upselling and cross-selling.

Process transactions accurately and professionally handle returns or complaints.

Attend regular training sessions and participate in brand or in-store events.

Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (cosmetology or beauty certification preferred).

12 years of experience in beauty retail makeup artistry or skincare consulting.

Strong understanding of skincare ingredients cosmetics and fragrances.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Well-groomed confident and passionate about the beauty industry.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions:
