Role: Python Developer

Location: Chicago Illinois (Hybrid model) In-person Interview

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Python and enterprise service layer development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain backend services using Python
Build and enhance enterprise service layer architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Participate in design discussions code reviews and technical problem-solving
Ensure high performance scalability and reliability of applications
Work closely with delivery leads during development and deployment cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Python backend development
Proven experience in enterprise service layer delivery
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of APIs microservices and system design
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in global delivery models
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
Prior experience in Financial Services domain is an advantage
