Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop applications using Pega Platform following best practices and guardrails
Implement end-to-end case management solutions workflows and decisioning
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Build and configure UI components flows activities and integrations
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services
Perform unit testing debugging and performance tuning
Ensure application quality security and compliance standards
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Mentor junior developers and support technical design reviews
