Hospital: Centennial Medical Center Location: Nashville TN Address:2300 Patterson St Unit Name: 7 Tower Building: Tower Cost Center: 60329/610 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds :33 Patient Ratios :5:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge nurse RN s Techs Secretary Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditechs Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend but will accept requests offs and work well with scheduling and special requests Floating policy: travelers take turns floating when needed. Patient Experience requirements: White Boards filled out. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Basic med surg knowledge Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: regular med/surg area Certifications Required: none Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy blue black royal blue or any color gray scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
