Job Summary

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Ras Laffan (NFE Project)
Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings.
Monitor project costs and track variations.
Prepare bills invoices and cost reports.
Evaluate subcontractor measurements and payments.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with site and project teams for progress and cost control.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Good knowledge of drawings BOQs and cost estimation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
