- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients providing updates market insights and feedback on their listings to ensure clear communication and strong satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Buyers Agents to negotiate contracts and guide transactions smoothly through closing.
- Maintain consistent communication with sellers reviewing listing performance showing activity and current market trends.
- Prepare and deliver professional listing presentations that highlight market expertise and clearly communicate your value.
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and incoming leads to build and sustain a strong active pipeline.
- Negotiate effectively with buyers agents to secure the best possible terms for sellers.
- Follow up on team-generated leads and schedule listing consultations and appointments.
- Lead consultative listing appointments to win new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Keep sellers informed with ongoing updates on listing status buyer feedback and market activity to maintain trust and transparency.
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of real estate market trends and industry dynamics.
- Self-motivated and proactive capable of working independently and taking initiative when needed.
- Experienced in managing and safeguarding confidential client information within database systems.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM platforms and marketing or lead generation tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
- Brings at least one year of professional experience in the real estate industry.
