Senior Nurse (RGN)

22.00 23.00 per hour Days 42 hours per week Good CQC Rating

They are now looking for a passionate and clinically strong Senior Nurse to join their day team and help uphold that standard every single shift.

• Current unrestricted NMC registration - RGN essential
• Proven experience within a nursing home setting
• Clinically confident with strong assessment and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering and overseeing high-quality person-centred nursing care across residential nursing and dementia care
• Acting as a senior clinical presence on shift supporting and guiding the nursing and care team
• Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans ensuring they reflect each residents individual needs
• Administering medications safely and accurately in line with NMC guidelines
• Working collaboratively with GPs allied health professionals residents and families to ensure holistic care
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records throughout each shift
• Contributing to the homes continued CQC compliance and quality improvement
