The Director of Finance serves as the hotels strategic financial business leader and a key member of the Executive Committee. This role is instrumental in shaping the propertys commercial success providing expert financial leadership that enables the delivery of brand promises guest satisfaction and long-term value creation.

Beyond stewardship and governance the position is highly collaborativepartnering with the General Manager Executive Committee owners and corporate stakeholders to align financial strategy with operational excellence. The Director of Finance translates complex data into insight supports informed decision-making and ensures the hotels financial performance supports both immediate priorities and sustainable growth.

• Lead the development execution and monitoring of the hotels annual business plan operating budget and long-range financial forecasts.
• Champion strong accounting audit and operational controls to safeguard assets mitigate risk and ensure compliance with Marriott and ownership standards.
• Provide ongoing analytical support to operational leaders identifying cost efficiencies productivity opportunities and profit improvement initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting P&L integrity balance sheet reconciliation tax compliance and timely delivery of all statutory and management reports.
• Manage working capital and cash flow in line with brand governance and owner expectations.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the General Manager and Executive Committee on evolving commercial financial and operational matters.
• Build lead and develop a high-performing finance team fostering accountability ethical leadership and continuous professional growth.

• Maintain effective transparent relationships with ownership lenders auditors and corporate partners.

You are a seasoned finance leader within hospitality or similar (not necessarily luxury) with a proven ability to operate in complex multi-department hotel environments. You combine strong technical expertise with commercial curiosity and a pragmatic solutions-oriented mindset. Your leadership style is collaborative and credible enabling you to influence senior stakeholders while inspiring your team. You are equally comfortable in detailed analysis and high-level strategic discussionand you understand that financial excellence ultimately exists to support exceptional guest experiences and engaged associates.
