Job Summary
The Team Lead provides friendly courteous Family-Style Service to guests while assisting Food and Beverage Leaders with the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant.
Responsibilities
Works closely with Leadership tomonitorrestaurant standards and operational guidelines to ensure consistent high quality Family Style Service standards are maintained.
Assistsleadership with accountability for front of house Team Members.
Resolves guestconcernsassistswithdifficult customer interactions and directs customer disputesappropriately.
Assistsleadershipwith work schedules(planningassigningand directing work) to meet business demands to ensureoptimaloperations and customer satisfaction during all business hours.
Partners with culinary team to ensure coordinatedworkflowof food offerings while ensuring quality of product displayed.
Ensures all areas of Brew Brothers arecleanandin accordance withestablished health and safety standards.
Accountable for meeting or exceeding allStateand Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
Ensures regulatory internal controls and policy and procedure compliance.
Alwaysmaintainsconfidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Presents oneself in a polishedprofessionaland service-minded way and encourages others to do the same.
Always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino and serve Alcohol
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Prior experience working in a food service position
Proficient in English verbal and written
Proficient with iOS devices
Flexible to work various shifts weekends and holidays
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
