What Youll Do:
As the Customer Service Coordinator you will perform and coordinate customer service operations across multiple internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment in alignment with customer and business goals.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Handles calls and emails from customers to provide status remove obstacles and expedite requests..
- Enters orders into the system to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinates the order internally to ensure production schedules are met.
- Collaborates with other departments and customers on open items.
- Keeps an eye on customer orders and delivery dates following up with Production when needed to meet customer needs.
- Supports Sales on any requests needed to help with the process.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in Sales Business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience: 3 Years of Customer Service Order Management and Order Entry
- Certification(s): N/A
- Functional Skills: Ability to coordinate and process orders accurately and on time; Strong workflow management data entry and organizational skills; high attention to detail and accuracy; Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders/tasks; effective problem-solving and collaboration skills; solid planning and scheduling abilities; basic math data comparison and inventory tracking skills
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Solid Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Supportive and customer focused. Responds to inquiries and issues with a strong sense of urgency; flexible and adaptable; conceptual and forward thinking; ability to influence others to get projects/orders moving forward; self-motivated able to work independently and within teams effectively.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Exceptional hourly pay

Reports To: President
Core Hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm is the core work hours (Hours can be flexible as needed)
Typical Work Week: M-F; with an occasional Saturday; 40-43 hours a week on average

Work/Environment: Standard office environment.
