Pay Range
$51.05 - $76.60Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for theplanning and execution ofselectenterprise eventsand programsincluding virtual hybrid and inperson experiencesthat activate leaders and teammates.
- Support special project delivery by developing project plans guiding timelines tracking deliverables andfacilitatingstrong crossfunctional coordination.
- Handle endtoendlogisticsfor events: asset creation registration invitations vendor collaborationspeaker vettingtravel arrangements production elements and onsite support.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure content materialscommunicationsand event flow are seamless onbrand and aligned with strategicobjectives.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with external vendorsvenues and partners to support highquality execution.
- Coordinateproduction elements such as slides video graphics and A/V to ensure smooth technical execution.
- Support the creation of runofshow documents scripts and speaker preparation materials.
- Assistwith budget planning and tracking for events and projects ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track timelines deliverables and forecasting tomaintaincosteffective execution practices.
- Support the development and rollout of communication plans that drive clarity participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with Communications teams to create and distribute eventrelated materials such as invitations signage prework and postevent followups.
- Maintain and update the Leadership Resource Site ensuring files videos and assetsremainaccurateand accessible.
- Contribute to the development of surveys and feedback tools to measure event effectiveness andleadersentiment.
- Review insights toidentifyopportunities for improvement and apply industry best practices in event designlogistics and participant engagement.
- Build strong partnershipswith cross-functional teams seniorleaderoffices and executive assistants.
- Serve as a responsive and collaborative partner to internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned wellcoordinated experiences.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree incommunicationsmarketing advertisingorother business-relatedfields or bachelors degree combined with relevant experience.

Experience
- Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in communications marketing or other business-related fields.
- Demonstrated experience inpeopleleadership projectmanagementoradministrative roles with exposure to cross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities communicate effectively and contribute to strategic initiatives
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and across departments and businesses to bring a calm demeanor and coordinated approach to company issues balancing competing perspectives and the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to support strategic planning and help translate goals into actionable project plans.
- Skilledin vendor management contract coordination and budget tracking.
- Creative problemsolver with strong attention to detail and event experience design.
- Thrives in a fastpacedenvironment;adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Teams SharePoint and event/project management tools.
- Ability to guide contractors junior staff or event volunteers as needed (nonformalpeopleleadership).
