Position Overview:
This role goes beyond a traditional lube technician position. As an Entry-Level Technician youll perform a variety of maintenance and light repair tasks gaining hands-on experience and building your automotive skill set in a supportive environment.
What Youll Do:
- Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic vehicle maintenance
- Assist with inspections and light repair work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer standards
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
- Ability to work Saturdays (required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid drivers license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay up to $17/hour based on experience
- Full-time hours
