As a Learning Specialist at Amazon youll play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers who are responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers. Working closely with the Learning Manager youll partner with operations teams to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of our customers and align with our companys mission of being the most customer-centric company on Earth.

Whether youre developing training plans auditing the quality of training or planning and executing the recruitment of new instructors youll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our company.

Developing training plans that minimise disruption to operations and ensure training is of high quality
Auditing the quality of training/coaching and putting actions in place when necessary
Planning and executing the recruitment and training of the best instructors
Ensuring positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders
Managing a team of Trainers and supporting them with their career development
Analysing and interpreting metrics to identify areas for improvement
Providing training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes


- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
- Experience in people management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Word etc

- Ability and initiative to understand the business needs analyse issues and drive solutions
- Experience of working in an operational environment
- Experience in change management and process improvement activities
- Experience working in a learning and development environment
