Position Overview
Griffin Ford is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic / Ford Pro Technician to support our growing fleet and commercial service operations. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing light- medium- and heavy-duty vehicles including diesel trucks while delivering fast high-quality service for business customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles (gas & diesel) up to F-550
- Perform routine maintenance (oil brakes tires inspections)
- Handle drivability electrical and engine diagnostics
- Complete repairs efficiently to meet production goals
- Communicate findings clearly with advisors and fleet managers
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Follow Ford and Griffin quality standards
Fleet Work Includes
- Work trucks vans and commercial vehicles
- Diesel engine repair (Power Stroke experience preferred)
- Suspension steering and brake systems
- Electrical and upfit-related diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or diesel technician experience required
- Ford certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills (FDRS experience a plus)
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Fleet or commercial vehicle service
- Medium/heavy-duty truck repair
- ASE certifications
- Electrical and advanced drivability diagnostics
Schedule
- Full-time MondayFriday (some flexibility based on workload)
