What Youll Do
Assist customers with financing options and product selections
Prepare submit and finalize all paperwork accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all lender manufacturer and dealership policies
Collaborate with sales and management to meet monthly goals and maintain strong gross retention
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and drive profitable outcomes.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to support a seamless customer experience.
Monitor performance ensure compliance and stay current with market and industry trends.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Proven success in automotive finance or a related field.
Established lender relationships and strong deal-structuring skills.
Clear communication leadership and analytical abilities.
Experience with Ford systems and processes is a plus.
