Champion Food Safety & Sanitation

  • Maintain uncompromising adherenceto food safety and workplace safety standards ensuring a pristine professional kitchen
  • Guarantee flawless sanitationof all culinary spaces and equipment in alignment with elevated hospitality standards
  • Operate premium kitchen equipmentincluding ovens grills slicers and mixerswith precision and care
  • Execute meticulous daily and weekly cleaning routinesto uphold an immaculate kitchen and storage environment
  • Label anddateall ingredients with accuracy ensuring proper rotation minimizing waste and preserving exceptional quality

Support Dietary Needs & Compliance

  • Craft meals with precisionto meet individual dietary requirements and allergen considerations delivering both safety and exceptional quality
  • Uphold the highest standards of integritymaintainingcompliance with the organizations Standards of Ethical Conduct and HIPAA privacy and security protocols
  • Act as a vigilant advocate for residents promptly reporting any concerns of mistreatment abuse neglect or exploitationin accordance withColorado Elder Abuse Law

Drive Kitchen Operations & Teamwork

  • Prepare and stage stations with precision ensuring all premium ingredients and tools are ready for seamless service
  • Monitor inventory with a discerning eye communicating needs promptly tomaintainuninterrupted high-quality operations
  • Assistin receiving and inspecting deliveries guaranteeing only the finest products meet our standards before storage
  • Mentor new culinary team members sharingexpertisein elevated food preparation and uncompromising safety practices
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and respect creating a positive professional environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality

Model Professionalism & Growth

  • Maintain a refined professional appearance following uniform guidelines to reflect our upscale hospitality standards

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

  • At least one year of professional culinary experience ideally in an upscale hospitality or health care setting
  • Deep knowledge of food safety workplace safety and sanitation standards ensuring every dish meets the highest level of quality and compliance
