Technology Program and Project Manager

Job Summary
The SAP Platform Technology Program and Project Manager Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Corporate Backbone Change Advisory Board and related activities. This role will also provide support to SAP Platform Product Teams including facilitating any cross-product activities to ensure that dependencies and priorities are aligned in Agile iterations. This position will work closely with Integration and Release Management teams to orchestrate program management functions as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) and related activities for the Corporate Backbone
- Support Corporate Backbone Change Management activities
- Track and provide metrics on progression of iteration deliverables.
- Manage the EPICS/Sub Epics/Features for SAP Platform Teams
- Coordinate/Facilitate Agile Ceremonies and Department Meetings
- Work closely with Integration and I-ERP Release Teams on Program Planning activities
- Collaborate with I-ERP and SAP Platform PDO Teams to resolve dependencies and deliver ERP solutions
- Support SAP performance improvement activities OSS Incident tracking and MaxAttention services
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 4 years of Program and Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Agile Development Lifecycle
- Microsoft Excel data manipulation and analysis
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Change Advisory Board experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of Integrated ERP solutions

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99100-$166200.
