Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures managing access activity and supporting security-related protocols for a technology-focused location.
• Monitor the lobby and entry area greet visitors verify identification and/or credentials and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established communication channels when appropriate.
• Receive and document visitors vendors deliveries and/or contractors maintain accurate front desk records and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals and access-related questions.
• Support emergency response activities and other security-related duties as directed while maintaining a professional presence and assisting employees and guests with front desk inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
