We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Global Accounting Team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is committed to driving the teams mission of delivering accurate financial information and exceptional operational support. By providing timely precise financial reporting offering strategic business insights and optimizing processes this individual will play a key role in supporting the companys sustainable growth and profitability.

What youll be doing:

Financial Reporting Month-End Close

• Key contributor to monthly quarterly and year-end financial close including journal entries account reconciliations and flux analysis
• Perform preliminary research on complex accounting topics including the application of new accounting standards and their impact on the companys financial statements.
• Implement process improvements and automation in areas of ownership streamlining close and increasing accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that transactions are captured appropriately in the financial statements
• Help with special projects and ad-hoc requests

Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to provide guidance on the impact of contractual arrangements and business decisions to ensure data readiness for month-end accounting.
• Support US GAAP audits and tax filings.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Support system upgrades and implementations.
• Lead and/or assist on cross functional projects as needed.

• Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus in general accounting.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Language Mastery: Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Software Proficiency: Experienced in applications such as Microsoft Office. Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Possess an analytical and problem-solving orientation with a natural curiosity about business issues drivers and solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment managing multiple priorities with ease.

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 audit experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
