Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in person online and by phone; build rapport and identify needs
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and present purchase/lease options clearly and professionally
• Maintain long-term follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to purchase
• Use the CRM tracking system daily to document activity schedule follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline
• Stay coachable participate in training apply feedback and work toward department performance standards

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Positive team-first attitude with strong collaboration skills
• Professional prompt and courteous communication
• Enthusiastic and coachable; able to accept direction and feedback from management
• Able to meet department performance standards
• Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
