KBR is seeking a Deputy PM (Project Manager) to assist in programmatic and logistical requirements across our PNT and EW portfolios. This role supports the site director project leads and engineers directly. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills. This position may require direct on-site work with government customers or partial on-site work at our Aberdeen Proving Ground office. Some hybrid work may be available.
Lead weekly meetings and status updates with various customers
Prepare contract deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports Final Reports and travel authorization requests
Understand DoW acquisition contracts and travel legal requirements
Plan and lead procurement activities
Assess project directions given by project leads and manage teams priorities based on contractual and timeline requirements
Ensure alignment between government customers and KBR project leads
Assist in office logistical challenges including equipment inventory tracking and equipment shipping requirements
Support final technical reviews and finalize customer deliverables prior to delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
Experience running multiple DoW projects and small teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoW security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
PMP or related Project Management certification
Experience leading testing activities
Experience with DoW acquisition and/or compliance regulations
Experience with risk management frameworks
Technical background supporting EW and/or PNT projects
Basic Compensation:$130000 - $158000 (For Maryland Only) The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
