We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Sales Engineering to lead and grow ahighperformingteam of Sales this role you willbe responsible forscaling technicalpresalesexcellence driving complex enterprise opportunities and enabling the successful adoption of CohesitysAIpowereddata security and management platform across strategic customer accounts. HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Lead coach and develop a team of Sales Engineers fostering technical excellence customer obsession and strong execution across the sales cycle.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive new customer opportunitiesprovidingstrategic technical guidance and ensuring consistenthigh-qualitypresalesengagement across the region.
Oversee and support customer engagements involving Cohesitys Data Cloud portfolio including backup recovery cyber resilience and data security ensuring solutions are aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
Provide leadership and oversight for RFPs RFIs proposals and complex deal cycles positioning Cohesity as a strategic platform for enterprise backup ransomware recovery cyber vaulting and disaster recovery.
Influence and support secondary storage and data protection strategies for large enterprise customers and partners helping establish Cohesity as the primary solution provider for modern data security and cyber resilience.
Ensure the delivery ofhighimpactproduct demonstrationsexecutivelevelpresentations technical workshops and proofs of concept with a strong focus on ransomware defence cyber resilience and rapid recovery.
Act as a key feedback loop between customers Sales Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities andgotomarketexecution.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Strong background in enterprise data security cyber recovery cyber resilience or data protectionand compliance landscapeswith experience supporting complexmultistakeholdersales cycles.
Proven experience leading and scaling Sales Engineeringteamssupporting enterprise infrastructure data protection or security solutions.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical talent driving consistent performance career growth and customer impact.
Ability to engage confidently withexecutive levelstakeholders influencing technical strategy business outcomes andlongtermpartnerships.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Security certifications such as CISSP CISA or CISM areadvantageous.
ExperienceleveragingAIenabledtools and insights to improve team productivitydecisionmaking and execution at scale.
Professional English languageproficiency(spoken and written).
Willingness to travel asto support customers partners and team development.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and/or equity grants. Additionally full-time employees are eligible to participate in ourcomprehensive benefits framework including health and wellness benefits vacation paid holidays and refresh days 401(k) retirement plan life and disability insurance coverages and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
