Grow Our Own (GO2) Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee
GO2 is our 12-month development program designed for recent graduates and early career individuals who are interested in starting a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager role in an assigned territory (Minneapolis MN) withKS Services.
What You Will Do
- Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
- Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions
- Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site
- Ability torelocateto Addison IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquarters
What You Will Need
- Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related fieldORbachelors degree preferably in Supply Chain Sales in Supply Chain Sales Marketing Business or related field
- Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing friendly approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers with a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment
