Job Summary
STONE CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is looking for a highly motivated bilingual (spanish) experienced vehicle salesperson to add to our growing team! The position would include daily dealership sales floor responsibilities with an additional emphasis on handling and converting internet leads as part of our internet team. This is a dynamic opportunity to develop and grow in a positive setting and environment. The right candidate will be ambitious have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. The candidate must be able to excel in all forms of communication by composing emails communicating thru text messaging social media and telephone. Must have had successful previous auto dealership sales experience to qualify. We have a large number of leads that arrive to our dealership via the internet by way of our digital advertising as well as phone and showroom opportunities. Excellent follow-up skills is the key to success and this position requires diligent and creative follow-up to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Take floor opportunities thru our sales process
- Call internet leads invite and appoint at a high rate
- Compose emails with creative messaging to convert them into an appointment
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
2 years plus minimum auto dealership sales experience mandatory
