Customer Care Representative
Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care this role youll be the key point of contact for customers vendors and internal teamshandling inquiries processing orders preparing quotes and ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sale through post-sale.
What Youll Do
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotes enter orders and ensure accurate pricing
- Track shipments expedite orders and provide status updates
- Resolve customer issues
- Manage returns (RMAs)
- Support the outside sales team with orders samples and requests
- Coordinate with vendors warehouse and internal teams

- 2 years of customer service experience preferred (B2B a plus) will train the right candidate
- 2 years of similar product experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with the automation industry/similar product lines
- Basic math skills and comfort with systems
- ERP experience required (P21 experience a plus but not required)
- Microsoft office experience
- Outlook proficiency
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required
