What Youll Do

As an Extrusion Operator you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment that mixes heats and shapes foam materials into finished products. The role involves paying close attention to production processes to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety. You will help set up machines make adjustments when needed and inspect materials during and after production to ensure they meet company and customer expectations. This position also requires keeping accurate production records troubleshooting minor equipment issues and working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for individuals who have a high school diploma or GED and preferably some manufacturing or production experience though we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Attention to detail a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset are essential. Reliability and strong attendance during scheduled work hours are extremely important for success in this position as every team member plays a key role in maintaining production and meeting customer needs.
