Pay Rate: $50 - $56 Per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgical this role you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of surgical specialties and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation and evaluation)
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures including pre-operative assessments
• Assist physicians during surgeries and ensure adherence to sterile techniques
• Monitor patients conditions intraoperatively and postoperatively
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures recovery and aftercare
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies procedures and safety standards

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in multiple surgical specialties including:
  • General Surgery
  • Gynecology (GYN)
  • ENT (Ear Nose and Throat)
  • Orthopedics
  • Urology
  • Vascular Procedures
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Robotic-assisted surgeries
  • Mako Robotics systems
  • Total Joint Replacement procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Neuro/Spine surgeries
• Pediatric surgical experience

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State of Texas or Compact License)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA)
