Pay Rate: $50 - $56 Per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgical this role you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of surgical specialties and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation and evaluation)
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures including pre-operative assessments
- Assist physicians during surgeries and ensure adherence to sterile techniques
- Monitor patients conditions intraoperatively and postoperatively
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures recovery and aftercare
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies procedures and safety standards
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in multiple surgical specialties including:
- General Surgery
- Gynecology (GYN)
- ENT (Ear Nose and Throat)
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Vascular Procedures
- Hands-on experience with:
- Robotic-assisted surgeries
- Mako Robotics systems
- Total Joint Replacement procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Neuro/Spine surgeries
- Pediatric surgical experience
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State of Texas or Compact License)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA)
