• A highly strategic product leadership role with full accountability for First Mile and Depot product performance in Canada
• Ownership of a complex highvalue portfolio with true P&L responsibility and direct impact on margins and growth

• Close collaboration with Sales Operations Pricing Finance and Technology to shape competitive endtoend solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for First Mile and Depot products in Canada including revenue cost margin and EBIT performance
• Define and execute the product strategy for First Mile transportation including rail brokerage and assetbased containerized solutions
• Develop and launch the Depot product in Canada including product design pricing strategy vendor selection and gotomarket approach
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively address margin erosion through datadriven analysis and market insight
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure product strategies are executable scalable and commercially sustainable
• Work with Commercial and Pricing teams to strengthen value propositions win rates and customer adoption
• Act as the senior product leader and frontfacing representative for First Mile and Depot offerings within the Canada Area
• Influence crossfunctional teams through clear strategy strong communication and visible leadership despite no direct line management
• Leverage technology analytics and digital tools to optimize product performance and support continuous product evolution

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience within First Mile or landside transportation in Canada including rail and trucking environments
• Demonstrated success owning and managing a full P&L with accountability for both growth and profitability
• Strong product leadership capability with experience developing scaling or transforming transportation products
• High financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into clear strategic decisions
• Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Solid understanding of operational and commercial levers within logistics and transportation markets
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure in emerging or underdefined product areas
• Bachelors degree required; advanced education is an advantage
