This Bonnet Creek Resort is looking for a Complex Reservations Manager to join their Reservations Team supporting the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek boasts 1009 bedrooms and suites with over 200000 sq. ft of meeting space The hotel boasts 7 distinct dining optionsincluding La Luce Zeta Asia Harvest Beech Myth and Muse as well as a three-acre lagoon-style pool with lazy river.

The Waldorf Astoria consists of 501 deluxe rooms and suites and has 36500 sq. ft of meeting space. Additionally ithas 4 signature Waldorf Astoria food and beverage restaurants: Bull & Bear Peacock Alley Oscars and Aquamarine an amazing formal signature pool with lush landscaping as well as an 18-hole 7113-yard championship Golf Course & Clubhouse Grill. What will I be doing

  • Manage daily Reservations processes and operations to include but not limited to room inventory and availability group rooming lists and blocks cut-off dates and restrictions occupancy selling guest rooms systems use and management budgeting and forecasting department management policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy promotion special reservation procedures operational issues and special events
  • Serve as liaison with Reservations teams company-wide
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include but not limited to providing supervision scheduling conducting counseling and evaluations providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward
  • Recruit interview and train team members
  • Calculate prepare and generate designated reports including but not limited to OAR and Master Monthly
  • Develop and revise forecasts
