Forudsætninger for at bestride stillingen:

Erfaring med elektricitet og/eller kemi er en fordel. Du kan have en baggrund som elektriker

finmekaniker laboratorietekniker.

Rejseaktivitet op til 30 dageårligtmå forventes.

Kørekort til almindelig personbil (kategori B)

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for establishment and insurance of instrument performance. Being customers trusted partner onsite means great communication skills is crucial while you perform commissioning preventive maintenance and repairs with report out to the customer.
Working as Field Service Engineer at Hach provides a flexible working day in the open while you help ensure our most valuable resource water.

In this role a typical day will look like:

• You will travel daily (in your yellow plate company car) to our customers within the region of Midtjylland.

• Your working day will usually start and end at your home. If a safe journey home within working hours is not possible or does not make sense you will stay overnight in a hotel.

• You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement from commissioning and customer briefing to maintenance and repairs

• You will document your work by inspection protocols as Workorder closure in our CRM tool ServiceMax on your iPad.

• You will work closely with sales and make recommendations to extend our service contracts and replacements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience with electricity and/or chemistry is preferred. For example as a trained Electrician lab technician or equivalent.

• Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year.

• Drivning licensen Class B

• Resident in Denmark - Living in Region Midtjylland.

• Fluent in Danish.

• Fluent in English.
