We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Development team at Marsh as an Oracle EPM Analyst .This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS/PBCS) or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP GASP FASB and FASAB.

We will count on you to:

• Implement and configure EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications including building metadata designing web forms conducting data reconciliation building dashboards and automating business rules.

• Gather business requirements design and prototype solutions conduct testing provide training define support procedures and SLAs and implement robust and scalable solutions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the creation of member formulas and any customizations in EPBCS as well as the creation of complex business rules such as custom consolidations/aggregations custom currency conversions and dynamic calculations.

• Build integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE including locations maps custom/import scripts and handling file-related or custom automation using Python Scripts.

• Develop scripts using Python/Groovy/CDM APIs for scripting purposes.

• Conduct testing including system integration performance and user acceptance testing and prepare deliverables such as design documents test documentation training materials and administration/procedural guides.

• Utilize excellent Excel and VB Scripting skills to support various tasks.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications.

• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.

• Proficiency in EPBCS Standard dimensions member formulas and customizations along with creating complex business rules

• Good working knowledge of EPM Automate.

Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $71900 to $107700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
