- Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish ensuring quality timeliness and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage skilled trades vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Serve homeowners and business owners during challenging times providing clear communication and dependable support
- Monitor project scope budgets and timelines to ensure jobs are completed on target and within expectations
- Problem-solve in real time adapting to changing conditions on active job sites
- Continuously build knowledge in construction restoration and industry best practices
- Contribute to a strong team culture while supporting the growth of a fast-paced service-driven business
RPMs work with homeowners in-house carpenters and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a RPM you will manage the renovation as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

We need someone who can build strong relationships with customers & teammates communicate clearly and confidently lead projects to completion. Youll play a key role in guiding both clients & crews through the restoration process ensuring every job is handled with care urgency and professionalism.

- Experience on Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating platforms is beneficial
- A deep understanding of residential construction / remodeling and all material
- Commercial construction is a plus
- Meet operational objectives
- Track metrics during weekly production meetings
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project
- Ensure compliance with standards & regulations
- Build relationships with key customers
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and trades
- Existing relationships with tradesmen is a plus
- Self-motivated to get results
- Enjoys working with clients and tradesman
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
- Thrives under high performance environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Is sufficient & professional with written communication
