Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine for a Per Diem Hospitalist to join our established Hospital Medicine team at Manchester Memorial Hospital in the Greater Manchester region of Connecticut.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical management for hospitalized patients
- Perform admissions rounding discharges and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with specialists nursing case management and ancillary teams
- Ensure timely documentation and communication with patients families and referring providers
- Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork professionalism and service excellence
