Now Hiring: Experienced Journeyman Technician
Schroeder Truck Repair is growing and looking for a skilled Journeyman Diesel Technician to join our team. If you take pride in quality work accurate diagnostics and getting trucks back on the road fast this is the place for you.
We service medium and heavy-duty trucks trailers and equipment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated tech who can work independently and efficiently while maintaining high repair standards.
Compensation & Benefits-
$90000 - $120000/yr depending on experience

Diagnose and repair diesel engines (Cummins CAT Detroit Volvo etc.)

Perform engine repairs brake work suspension steering cooling systems and electrical diagnostics

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
-
Accurately document work performed

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers

Journeyman-level experience in diesel or heavy-truck repair

Strong diagnostic ability (electrical & mechanical)

Own tools required

Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
