The requirements

No matter your role it takes a real love of caring awillingness to jump in and do the work and a genuine desire tomake a difference. As a carer youll also need:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
• An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
• 12 months experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
