Head of Media Strategy and Planning
Job Summary
- Own fullfunnel media strategy (top & mid funnel) aligning brand and performance media to drive awareness demand and highvalue customer acquisition across key moments
- Lead media planning budgeting and investment governance across two national gaming brands balancing ROI with longterm brand growth
- Drive acquisition strategy through close partnership with Performance Marketing CRM Product Commercial and Analytics teams
- Set channel and partner strategy unlocking innovation across emerging platforms automation and AI while ensuring execution excellence
- Lead the media function endtoendteam development senior stakeholder influence measurement and regulatory / responsible marketing compliance
Qualifications :
- 812 years in media performance marketing or digital marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience leading full-funnel media strategy at scale
- Strong understanding of paid media channels planning frameworks and measurement approaches
- Experience managing significant media budgets and driving ROI
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution realities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in high-performance acquisition-focused environments (e.g. iGaming eCommerce fintech or similar)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA LTV and conversion optimisation
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in high-growth digital or regulated industries
- Exposure to advanced measurement approaches (MMM incrementality testing etc.)
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions
