Job Summary

  • Own fullfunnel media strategy (top & mid funnel) aligning brand and performance media to drive awareness demand and highvalue customer acquisition across key moments
  • Lead media planning budgeting and investment governance across two national gaming brands balancing ROI with longterm brand growth
  • Drive acquisition strategy through close partnership with Performance Marketing CRM Product Commercial and Analytics teams
  • Set channel and partner strategy unlocking innovation across emerging platforms automation and AI while ensuring execution excellence
  • Lead the media function endtoendteam development senior stakeholder influence measurement and regulatory / responsible marketing compliance

Qualifications :

  • 812 years in media performance marketing or digital marketing leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading full-funnel media strategy at scale
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels planning frameworks and measurement approaches
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and driving ROI
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution realities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in high-performance acquisition-focused environments (e.g. iGaming eCommerce fintech or similar)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA LTV and conversion optimisation

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in high-growth digital or regulated industries
  • Exposure to advanced measurement approaches (MMM incrementality testing etc.)
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions
