Job Summary
YOUR ROLE:
Lead all hotel operations ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance
Lead motivate and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business owner manager employees clients and neighbours
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
- Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills.
- Energetic hands-on and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
