Were seeking a Licensed Pest Control Technician who enjoys problem-solving takes pride in high-quality work and values excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients in accordance with company and state standards.
- Identify pest activity entry points and conducive conditions through detailed inspections.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings treatment options and preventive recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely digital service notes and reports.
- Prepare and organize company vehicle equipment and materials each day.
- Install and service monitoring systems including electronic rodent monitoring devices.
- Apply pesticides and service bait or monitoring stations as scheduled.
- Inspect attics crawlspaces and exterior structures for pest evidence and access points.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain your WSDA Operators License and enhance technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Valid WSDA Commercial Operators License required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated reliable and organized.
- Comfortable working at heights in confined spaces and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to carry and operate a 24-gallon sprayer.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check driving record check and 4-panel drug screen.
- Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.
- Availability for occasional weekend or evening work as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $27$35 per hour (depending on experience).
- Additional earnings: Uncapped commission opportunities.
