Senior / Regional Maintenance Manager (Industrial Operations)
Are you ready to take your maintenance management career to the next level Join us at Cushman and Wakefield Services where were seeking a talented Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume distribution and production environment driving equipment reliability uptime and operational performance across large-scale automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead maintenance teams supporting conveyors robotics and automated production systems.
Drive uptime reliability and continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Analyze performance data (uptime downtime failure trends) to reduce equipment losses and cost.
Oversee maintenance projects upgrades and capital improvements.
Develop and lead teams ensuring accountability for safety KPIs and execution.
Standardize processes and implement best practices across operations.
Partner with operations to align maintenance with throughput and production goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering or industrial maintenance.
57 years in industrial manufacturing or distribution maintenance leadership.
Strong experience with automated systems conveyors and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced production-critical environment.
Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.

The compensation for the position is: $ 129200.00 - $152000.00
