Job Summary
Coordination and validation of foreign trade operations (temporary permanent and virtual).
Administration and control of the IMMEX Program and regulatory reports.
Comprehensive management of Annex 24 and Annex 31 (charges discharges reconciliations and balances).
Ensuring legal and customs compliance with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Ministry of Economy.
Handling audits reviews and requests from authorities.
Coordination with customs agencies and brokers.
Support for compliance standards such as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) when applicable.
- IMMEX (Annex 24 & Annex 31 Reman Extension) Management
- OEA Administration
- Fixed asset Administration
- Inventory administration system
- Prosec Management Export/import promotion programs
- Assure do not pay any duties (Reglas octavas Programas sectoriales submaquilas cambios de domicilio )
- CTMS administration
- Anual reporting for diverse Governor requirements (Reporte anual de operaciones
- Administration of IVA & IEPS Certification
- Compliance Regulatory (origin certification declaration on Customer Portals)
- Foreign trade regulatory updates
- NOMS (Mexican oficial standards)
PROFILE
Professional Career (International Commerce Business Administration or related).
Customs Compliances and Law knowledge
EXPERIENCE
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Problem solving Capacity
Excellent sense of punctuality and responsibility
Mexican and American customs law environment
